4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and all necessary information required to complete the project. Delays in providing information may affect project timelines and deliverables.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Typically, this will involve an upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion and approval of the content. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.
6. Revisions and Amendments
Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be subject to additional charges. All revision requests must be clear and specific.
7. Use of AI Assistance
Maurice Kruytzer may use AI-assisted workflows to support structure and efficiency in content creation. However, editorial decisions, nuance, compliance, and final quality remain the sole responsibility of Maurice Kruytzer. The same quality standards apply regardless of the workflow used.
8. Confidentiality
Maurice Kruytzer agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties. If required, a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed before the commencement of any project.
9. Limitation of Liability
Maurice Kruytzer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party breaches these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
12. Changes to Terms
